Our journey started in 2003 in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. With just one truck we grew in matter of years to a corporate that employees over 50 workers and still growing

Heritage Maritime Services Ltd. Is a Nigerian Licensed Customs Agent with her head office situated at Plot 15 Kennedy St. Thomas Road, Behind New Rainbow Estate, Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria and incorporated in Nigeria in the year 2003.

Our range of services in the shipping and freight forwarding business have earned us the privilege to have served corporate bodies and the government alike in the provision of quality services such as import/export, customs clearing, air/sea freight handling, door to door delivery, temporary importation permit processing, transportation of hazardous goods such as radioactive materials, storage/bonded warehousing and other logistics ancillary services.

Below are our certifications, licenses, permits and list of necessary registrations required for the execution of our business activities/operation:

Nigerian Ports Authority:
Our acquisition of this license authorises us to serve as Licensed Clearing and Shipping Agent.

Department of Petroleum Resources:
This permit issued to us by the DPR Nigeria allows us operate as an Oil Industry Service Company.

Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS):
To further ensure compliance with the Nigerian legal system, we Are registered with FIRS. We therefore collect Value Added Tax (VAT).

Nigeria Customs License:
This was issued by the Nigerian Customs Service authorizing us to operate as a Clearing and forwarding agent.

NNRA Certificate:
Our NNRA Certificate was issued by the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority. This certificate empowers us to clear, freight forward and transport radioactive materials after we met all the mandatory requirements.
